• Files are deleted within 24 hours after processing

We do not use uploaded documents or their content for training machine learning or AI models.

We may use technical metadata related to document processing (such as structural transformation patterns), which does not include personal data or document content, to improve service performance.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

• Uploaded files: deleted within 24 hours
• Log data: retained for up to 1 year for security, monitoring, auditing, and fraud prevention
